✅ Conditions Under Which an Exchange Is Possible
- Factory defects (loose stitching, holes, color does not match the photo)
- Products shipped that do not match the order (wrong color or size)
- Products damaged due to packaging errors
❌ Non-Exchangeable Conditions
- Products that have been washed or worn
- Products with tags removed
- Size mismatches due to incorrect selection at the time of order
- Change of mind (buyer’s remorse)
- Damage caused by improper storage or use
📋 How to Request a Return or Exchange
a. Contact us via WhatsApp within 24 hours of receiving the product
b. Include your order number and a photo of the defective product
c. Our team will respond within 1×24 business hours
d. If approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address
e. A replacement product will be shipped once the returned product is received and verified
